The team has extended working hours to meet a large rush order of ultra-thin shelf light bars, 10mm thick and 1.4cm wide, without adding extra shifts. This is a key product for us lately. The 1.4cm width and 10mm thickness make it one of the thinnest shelf lights we produce. Customers use it in supermarkets, display cabinets, and anywhere shelf space is tight. The thin profile means the manufacturing has to be precise — there is no room to hide mistakes. To keep quality tight and hit the deadline, we restructured the production flow. The LED PCB gets laminated to the aluminum channel with a custom roller press. The roller applies even pressure along the full length, so the board sits flat against the metal with no air gaps. That contact is what pulls heat away from the LEDs. Without it, they run hot and dim early. Next comes the magnetic base. A worker lays the neodymium strip into the routed channel on the back of the profile, peels the backing, and presses it in place. When it is right, the fixture snaps onto the track with a solid click. No tools. No screws. It stays put and comes off when you want it to. Every process is handled by workers who have been on the line for years. Every unit goes through quality inspection before it leaves the bench — brightness, color consistency, flicker. Anything off gets pulled. “Customer trust is what keeps us moving,” the production manager said. “If we need to work overtime to hit both quality and schedule, that is what we do.” Right now the team is working extended hours to keep output up. Raw materials are stocked ahead. The logistics team has already booked freight space. The goal is simple: get these lights to the customer as fast as possible without cutting corners. This rush order is not just about speed. It is about showing that we can organize production at scale and keep standards high when the pressure is on. That is the point of running the way we do.
