Shipping Policy
Last reviewed: August 17, 2026
This policy explains how ARMOR handles shipping for business orders. Shipping arrangements depend on the product, order size, destination, packaging, and product availability, so the applicable terms are confirmed with the quotation or order.
Shipping arrangements
- Shipping charges are calculated from the shipment size, weight, and destination. ARMOR confirms the applicable freight charge with the quotation or order.
- The planned lead time and shipping date are confirmed for each order. ARMOR does not make a universal processing-time promise on this page.
- If a product is temporarily unavailable or a shipment is delayed, ARMOR will communicate the updated timing through the contact details provided with the order.
- A delivery-address change can be requested before the order is issued. Please contact ARMOR as soon as possible; a change may not be possible after that point.
Shipping methods and tracking
Depending on the shipment, ARMOR may arrange delivery by DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, air freight, or sea freight. The available method and estimated delivery timing are confirmed for the individual order.
After shipment, ARMOR will provide a tracking link when one is supplied by the shipping provider. Tracking information reflects the latest update made available by that provider.
Customs, duties, and import requirements
Confirm customs, duty, tax, and import-clearance responsibilities and any related charges in the quotation or order before shipment.
Damage during transit
If a package is visibly damaged in transit, refuse express delivery where possible and contact ARMOR promptly so the shipment can be investigated. Please keep the shipping and order information available when contacting us.
