FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE — June 12, 2026, Guangzhou, China
ARMOR Lighting Co., LTD today announced the commercial availability of its wireless power track system for retail shelving — a product line that eliminates all visible wiring from shelf-level lighting.
The system delivers electricity through conductive surfaces embedded in a slim track rail. LED bars snap into the track magnetically and receive power on contact. No cable runs and no external drivers mounted on the shelf. Store staff can install or swap a lamp in three seconds, no tools needed.
The product line includes two core systems: the A-A PowerTrack for standard retail gondola shelving and the Cabinetry Wireless Conductive System for display cabinets and vitrines. Both are shipping now from ARMOR’s Guangzhou facility.
“Retailers have been asking for shelf lighting that goes in fast and stays invisible,” said Lisa Lee, Founder of ARMOR. “Our wireless power track system answers that. One person, no electrician, and the shelf looks like it was designed with the light built in.”
What ARMOR’s wireless power track system includes
The product line ships as modular kits. Each kit contains a conductive track rail, LED bar modules, a 48V DC driver, and end-cap connectors. Retailers order by the meter and cut tracks to fit their shelf widths.
Two systems, same core technology:
- A-A PowerTrack — a rigid aluminum track for standard gondola and supermarket shelving. Mounts to the underside or front edge of a shelf profile. Available in 1-meter and 1.2-meter segments.
- Cabinetry Wireless Conductive System — a compact version designed for glass display cabinets, jewelry vitrines, and pharmacy cases where space is tight and wiring is impractical.
Both systems use the same conductive-power principle: the track rail carries low-voltage DC power along its entire length, and every LED bar position is energized by default. Adding or removing a lamp is a pull-and-snap operation.
How it works: snap in, power on, done
The mechanism is straightforward. A 48V DC driver connects to one end of the conductive track. The track distributes regulated power along embedded conductive surfaces. Each LED bar has spring-loaded contact pins in its housing. When the bar snaps magnetically into the track, those pins press against the energized surface and the lamp turns on.
There is nothing to configure or pair. Power flows through physical contact between the lamp and the track.

Wireless power track specifications and certifications
| Specification | A-A PowerTrack | Cabinetry System |
|---|---|---|
| LED bar voltage | 48V DC | 48V DC |
| CRI | Ra > 95, R9 > 60 | Ra > 95, R9 > 60 |
| CCT range | 3000K–6000K (adjustable) | 3000K–6000K (adjustable) |
| Track material | 6063-T5 aluminum | 6063-T5 aluminum |
| IP rating | IP20 (indoor) / IP65 (cold display) | IP20 |
| Lamp attachment | Magnetic (N52 magnets) | Magnetic (N52 magnets) |
| Lamp swap time | 3 seconds, no tools | 3 seconds, no tools |
| LED chip brand | OSRAM | OSRAM |
| Certifications | UL, CE, ETL, RoHS, FCC, PSE, TUV, CULUS, ERP | UL, CE, RoHS |
| Warranty | 3 years standard / 5 years for project orders | 3 years standard |
All products comply with IEC extra-low voltage (ELV) standards. The 48V DC output is classified as safe for direct contact in retail environments — no conduit, no junction boxes, and no licensed electrician required at the shelf level.
Where this system fits: retail applications
The wireless power track system is designed for stores that need professional shelf lighting without the cost and downtime of traditional wiring:
- Supermarkets and grocery — gondola runs of 5–20 meters with uniform illumination across every shelf level
- Pharmacies and drugstores — clean, wire-free under-shelf lighting that does not interfere with product labeling
- Cosmetics and beauty retail — high CRI lighting that renders skin tones and product colors accurately
- Jewelry and luxury goods — focused beam angles with no visible hardware to distract from merchandise
- Convenience and mobile retail — fast installation for stores that change layouts frequently
The system also pairs with ARMOR’s Cabinetry Wireless Conductive System for display cabinet and vitrine applications.
LED power track pricing, MOQ, and how to order
The wireless power track system is available now. Pricing for the A-A PowerTrack starts at US$4.99 per meter for volume orders (10,000+ meters) and US$6.60 per meter for smaller quantities (1–99 meters). The Cabinetry System is priced separately based on configuration.
| Order Volume | Price per Meter |
|---|---|
| 1–99 meters | US$6.60 |
| 100–499 meters | US$6.20 |
| 500–999 meters | US$5.80 |
| 1,000–9,999 meters | US$5.60 |
| 10,000+ meters | US$4.99 |
Minimum order quantity is 50 meters. Sample kits are available for evaluation. Lead time is 15–20 business days for standard configurations, 25–30 days for custom lengths or CCT specifications.

Frequently asked questions
How does wireless conductive shelf lighting differ from regular magnetic LED bars? Regular magnetic LED bars use magnets only for physical attachment. They still require a wire to deliver power from a driver to each lamp. Wireless conductive lighting uses the track rail itself as the power delivery surface — the lamp attaches magnetically and receives power through contact pins. No wires run to individual lamps.
What certifications does ARMOR’s wireless power track system have? The A-A PowerTrack system is certified UL, CE, ETL, RoHS, FCC, PSE, TUV, CULUS, and ERP compliant. The Cabinetry System carries UL, CE, and RoHS certifications. All systems meet IEC extra-low voltage standards.
How long does it take to install wireless conductive lighting on a standard gondola bay? A typical 1.2-meter bay with four shelf levels takes 30–45 minutes to install, including mounting the track and snapping in the LED bars. Traditional wired systems take 4–6 hours for the same bay.
Can the LED bars be swapped without turning off the power track? Yes. The 48V DC system is ELV-classified and safe for live swaps. Pull the bar off the track and snap a replacement in. Three seconds, no tools, no power-down required.
What is the minimum order quantity for the wireless power track system? The minimum order quantity is 50 meters. ARMOR also offers sample kits for evaluation before committing to a full project order.
Is the wireless power track system compatible with electronic shelf labels (ESL)? Yes. The track rail profile can accommodate ESL mounting alongside LED bars on the same shelf edge. For integrated lighting and ESL deployments, contact ARMOR’s project team for a custom configuration.
