Custom OEM/ODM Solutions
Custom-engineered retail lighting, power track, and digital shelf products for fixture manufacturers and retail brands — from specification to private-label production.
OEM / ODM Capability
Custom Products for Specific Applications
When Standard Products Are Not Enough
Retail fixture projects frequently require lighting and power components that match specific dimensional, optical, or electrical requirements. ARMOR's OEM/ODM capability allows fixture manufacturers and retail brands to specify products that integrate precisely into their fixture designs — without compromising on light quality or system compatibility.OEM — Original Equipment Manufacturing
ARMOR manufactures products to customer-provided specifications — dimensions, color temperature, CRI, wattage, connector type, and finish. Products are produced under the customer's brand or as unbranded components for fixture integration.
ODM — Original Design Manufacturing
ARMOR develops custom product designs based on customer requirements — including optical design, mechanical engineering, and electrical specification. Suitable for customers requiring application-specific products not available in the standard range.
Private Label
Standard ARMOR products can be produced with customer branding — including custom packaging, labeling, and documentation. Minimum order quantities apply.
Custom Engineering Scope
What Can Be Customized
ARMOR's OEM/ODM capability covers all three system layers — lighting, power track, and digital shelf.
Custom lengths, widths, heights, and mounting configurations for shelf lights, rigid bars, and power track components — matched to specific fixture geometries.
Custom color temperature (CCT), color rendering index (CRI), beam angle, and light distribution — specified to match the visual requirements of the retail environment.
Custom voltage, wattage, driver type, and connector specification — matched to the fixture's electrical infrastructure and control system requirements.
Custom housing finishes, anodizing colors, and material specifications — matched to the fixture's aesthetic and durability requirements.
Development Process
From Specification to Production
Engineering-Led Development
ARMOR's OEM/ODM process is engineering-led — beginning with a technical review of customer specifications and ending with a validated, production-ready product. Samples are provided before production commitment to confirm that the custom product meets the required specifications.Specification Review
Customer provides fixture drawings, dimensional requirements, optical targets, and electrical specifications. ARMOR reviews feasibility and identifies any technical constraints.
Engineering & Sampling
ARMOR develops the custom product design and produces samples for customer validation. Dimensions, installation, light quality, and electrical performance are confirmed.
Production
Validated designs are documented and moved to production. Quality control processes ensure consistency across production batches.
