2.Cable, Power, Controller

3.Connection According to our design at the time, a 100W power supply was connected to both ends of each 20 meter string of bulbs. At one end of the light string, we also need to connect the controller. So now we have some pictures and details below to tell you how the power supply is connected to the controller, and how the power supply is connected to the tail of the light string. Each controller has 8 channels, and the sample only has two light strings, so only two channels are occupied. In order to facilitate the customer’s receipt and easy installation, we have attached letter labels at each connector location. Connectors with the same letter can be inserted separately. Please follow the steps and follow the instructions for the following details. Please note that the action of the intermediate connection needs to be operated in the event of a power outage. After all wiring is completed, connect the AC Australian standard plug to the plug board and power it on.

In order to fit for the package, when customer receive the goods, firstly need to take out the controller and power supplies. There are two set power supplies with controller’s green connectors. Pls refer to below picture.Two pcs green connectors which on the power supplies need to insert into the controller. Pls refer to below pictures’ three steps.
When finished the NO.1 step, it will be as below first picture. The A label in the controller need to connect the Bulbs A label. C label in the Bulbs need to connect another power supply’s C label. Each connection between two cables need twist tightly the terminals.Then the first 20Meters Bulbs connection finished.
The B label in the controller need to connect the another 20Meters Bulbs B label. D label in the Bulbs need to connect another power supply’s D label.Then the second 20Meters Bulbs connection finished.
All AC plugs connect to the power and the lights on.

4.Controller 1、M-A8 System features 1、 32—65536 Gray level，Support software Gamma correction。 2、 Support the points,rules and special-shaped handle。 3、 Can support DMX 8*512pixels;TTL 8*1024pixels。 4、 AC220V work voltage，sent the ID number of every controller。Cascade synchronization，just need to operate the first one，the others act as sub controllers。Use Simple LED software，export a collection file。Set the ID sequence number of the controllers after insert SD card。Controller identify the correct part in the file through the ID number. 5、 The output port of the controller is provided with three protections, which can ensure the controller will not be burned out in case of short-circuit and reverse connection of the lamps。 6、 Effects be built in controllers，can use to test lamps(RGB/RGBW)。 7、 The controller has DMX512 write address and address test function , single port or all ports with DMX512 IC write address, and the lamp address test。 8、 The communication between controllers adopts the international standard TCP/IP network protocol。Transmission rate support for hundreds of megabytes/gigabit adaptive，the longest distance between two controllers is 100M。If more than 100M,add switches or use optical fiber for long-distance transmission。 9、 LCD display，can show the controller item,ID and work status。
